Blue (also known as Green in Japan) is Professor Oak's grandson and Red's eternal rival. He became the youngest Pokemon League Champion in history before being immediately defeated by Red. He later became the Viridian City Gym Leader, replacing Giovanni. Arrogant but incredibly skilled, Blue represents the pinnacle of strategic battling.
